Processing Time

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and handed off to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Estimates

Please note that delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Unstructo or the shipping carrier. 

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will refund the order cost, minus the shipping charges.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, Unstructo is not responsible for theft or shipping carrier errors. However, we want you to get your order! If your tracking says "Delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. Often packages are delivered to a neighbor or the carrier scans it without dropping it off.
