Shipping policy

Processing Time

We pack and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and handed off to the carrier.

Shipping Estimates

Most orders are shipped via USPS. Please note that shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will happily refund the order cost, minus the shipping charges.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, we cannot be held responsible for theft or misplacement. However, we want you to get your order! If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find it, please contact the carrier first. If they cannot help, email us at bryan@unstructo.com and we will work with you to find a solution.
