Why We Pivoted from LEGO to Magnetic Tiles (Or: how a question from a five-year-old changed everything)
RestickBrix didn't start as a magnetic tile product. It started because Alex wanted reusable stickers for his LEGO minifigures. Specifically, he wanted to be able to change what his characters were wearing and add damage as the story changed, without buying new figures or committing to a permanent paint job. Why We Redesigned the RestickBrix Packaging (Or: what toy store buyers taught us about our own product)
When you're building a product from scratch, you start with the thing itself. For RestickBrix, that meant obsessing over the decals. The material. The durability. Whether they'd actually stick to a magnetic tile without sliding around. Whether a six-year-old could peel them without destroying them. Why We Changed the Name (Or: why RestickBrix was never really just about stickers)
When we launched RestickBrix in January of 2025, we thought we were building a sticker company. We weren't. It took us a while to figure that out.
